The Hythe Care Home staff worked so hard to ensure that our residents had a wonderful Platinum Jubilee weekend.

Bunting and decorations were placed in all the homes. Tables decorated ready for Afternoon Teas. Special menus created with extra special foods for the residents to enjoy.

The residents have watched the many televised programmes looking back at Her Majesty’s 70 year reign.

There has been entertainment galore across all the homes, ‘street party’s’, amazing foods and cakes, appearances from local Ice cream vans.

Each home has planted a tree for the Jubilee in line with the Queens Canopy – https://queensgreencanopy.org

It has truly been a wonderful weekend!!
